Profoundry publishes free briefs and facts-only directories for independent professional firms. The first edition covers financial advisors and RIAs in Kansas.

Who edits it

Mike Moen edits Profoundry from Wichita. He has 30+ years in marketing and is the Founder of Pop Machine Agency, a Wichita marketing and web design studio that works with law firms, CPA firms and financial advisors.

Pop Machine Agency publishes Profoundry. The brief never pitches the agency's services, and directory listings are never tied to buying anything.

The rules we follow

• Sources linked. Every regulatory item links to the rule, the notice or a reputable summary.
• No investment advice. We cover the business of running a practice, not what to buy.
• Facts-only directory. No ratings, no reviews, no paid placement. Firms can correct or remove their listing at any time.
• Our own studies stay anonymous. When we study local firms, we report patterns and never name the firms.
• Opt-in only. We only email people who confirmed their subscription, and every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
